NCTmentary Ep.4

This time we got the episode 4! I'll try to keep this as quick and simple as possible even tho my theories never end up like that hahah...

1. Things to add up

Above is the video which i'm gonna rewrite down here once again!

"At first, it was hard to breathe

Felt pressure on my chest

I thought it was sleep paralysis

When i opened my eyes,

I saw a huge eye watching me

right in front of me

I kept staring at that eye

and the eye was filled with flower petals

The look in the eye was so calming

And from that moment,

I wished that this dream would never end" -Yuta

"To be honest, before going up on stage

I can't tell whether this is a dream or reality

During the rehearsal,

when smoke fills up the stage

and the lights turn on

I immediately become nervous

and feel like i've forgotten how to breathe

In order to be calmer,

i try to find peace in my mind

But it's not that easy

I try thinking about what i like

My family, my team members

my fans

Then i feel relaxed" -Johnny

"Multiple versions of me

all drawn into the eye

Feeling anxious in an unfamiliar place,

I searched for you

After quite a while,

I found myself standing alone

in a vast, formless space

But far away, we were there" -Yuta

"It's hard to describe

It's an intense feeling, but a good one

I'm nervous, but at the same time

I have this sort of comfortable feeling

And now,

we stand on this stage" -Johnny

"The auditorium was empty" -Yuta

"It's as if, the world has stopped" -Johnny

"I couldn't move" -Yuta

"A feeling, as if the limitations of reality

have disappeared" -Johnny

"I'd like you to come inside this dream" -Yuta

To the discussions... I think it's pretty clear from the two photos from the video: Yuta is talking about dreams while Johnny is talking about reality. The last part of the narration is tricky -- i feel like they are talking about what they were (dream+reality), but still connect their sentences =dream sync?! So basically dream sync is happening when they connect dream and reality to one another... (dream+reality=dream sync) i think it was already explained so, wow. And even better -- the episode is titled 'Synchronization of Dreams'! They are so busted lol

Thinking about the episode above, Yuta might be the only one we could get info from this time. Looking at the first chapter of his in the narration is really confusing -- like he's experiencing his first dream sync ... okay ... he sees a huge eye ... wait what. Yuta keeps on staring at the eye and calms down? What. Is. That. Eye? It's filled with flower petals and makes him never want to leave the dream? Sounds suspicious to me. I wasn't sure about anything else, but the scientists are what keep them in the dreams, no? Well not keep, but they like make them sleep, get them to sleep idk my english is weird again.

Continuing. The second chapter of Yuta's narration is making the eye a bit clearer. 

"Multiple versions of me

all drawn into the eye"

These sentences feel like a metaphor. Multiple versions of Yuta would mean the other members, other test subjects or the beings able to dream sync. Since they are all drawn into the eye, i think in this case the eye is the whole picture, a dream made by the scientists.

"Feeling anxious in an unfamiliar place,

I searched for you"

Yes, they must be feeling anxious and in an unfamiliar place which happens to be kinda like a dream world i guess. He searched for them i think(?) I doubt Yuta would search for only someone, but who knows?

"After quite a while,

I found myself standing alone

in a vast, formless space

But far away, we were there"

Yuta did a dream sync, that shouldn't be so weird right? I think he's just explaining what making a dream sync is like. And yes, he met all the others in the dream.

I think this is the animated version of the previous sentences. And watching it really close...

Boom. 18 people. They are all there! What i find kinda amazing is that Yuta actually sees them all. So... they possibly all connected their dreams into Yuta's? Because otherwise it would be impossible to see all of them... Well anyways, there's not much new info on him. Again. Why. ಠ_ಠ

Oh, right! It's not easy to notice, i think, but this video wasn't all about Johnny and Yuta. To be clear Taeil was one of the members too in this episode. He spoke nothing which is exactly how it should be -- now this sounds wrong so don't misunderstand! Taeil is the Universe and that should be remembered and if this was Yuta's dream or Johnny's dream he shouldn't be seen. Heard yes, but maybe he had nothing to say..? I dunno >_< but at least Johnny didn't see him.

I'm not even sure if they are searching for one another or running away...

There were some things i found regarding the other members too. Well maybe not, but i found some suspicious things lol. I don't think i'll be able to explain any of the things. Let me at least show you. My first experiment is Mark.

I have no idea what happens in this brief second, but it happens when Johnny says:

"It's as if, the world has stopped"

And that's why i find it creepy. Wait. WAIT. WAIT!!!!!!!! That's Mark's power?!?!?!?! He has the ability to control time! IT'S BACK!! His abilities are back \(≧◡≦)/ I might be slow to notice this just now lol. Since Mark is 'the Time Traveller' he can stop time too, i didn't notice that before.

 I had this screenie from the above gif too. I took it because i thought so many different things on "the world has stopped" than Mark's powers but now i just feel really dumb.

 This happens too and i am really confused about it. At this time Johnny says:

"A feeling, as if the limitations of reality

have disappeared"

And i still don't understand it. It looks like some sort of hypnotizing but that has no relations to Mark who is clearly shown in here. It could be a way of showing the time travel ability from the other's eyes? Let's put it that way then...

  Yes, that still wasn't all. I think Mark is trying to contact WinWin, but i wonder why. Well... this kinda lead me to the theory of Limitless, but i don't know if it's possible since it's been a really long time from that. So, basically...

  Remember these teams? Doyoung & Mark hadn't chosen who to follow yet. If this could be added to the theory i think Mark could've chosen WinWin.

Okies, back to the episode 4.

 Haechan was shown with the camera. Again. It's nothing new but i just thought it was important in the theory since he's been holding it for a very long time... or regularly. I just wonder what he's after...

 And more mysteries are coming. Named Lucas. I find this creepy because next to him is shown a thing from episode 1. It wasn't actually in the video, but it was on the insta page where they uploaded the teaser photo(s) for ep 1. This just looks really hypnotizing and i have no idea what's happening. Lucas must have some sort of amazing powers as well.

 In episode 4 these two scenes are shown. It looks like WinWin and DREAM are waiting for something. It just makes me think about something like this:

 No! I'm not kidding! ԅ(≖_≖ ;ԅ) I just thought it in a more serious way. But i don't know, it could be something else too.

 This scene happened in episode 1. After i watched it through again, i found some familiar things. Let me show a named version of it:

 I think most of these has been in the episodes so far. I just wonder why Chenle and Renjun leave Mark alone. I'm curious as to what happened to them.

Last but not least, a spoiler for NCT 127's upcoming comeback.

NCTmentary Ep.3

 

Episode 3 is out! Again i know i skipped Boss & Baby Don't Stop, but at the moment NCTmentaries are superior lol of course i'm gonna do the mvs at some point too even tho my spare time is really cut out atm sorry!

To put it into words

Empathy

It was pretty interesting

I think i was lured by something

CH: "Moomin appeared"

RJ: "Moomin? The one that i drew?"

CH: "Yes. And the person who drew it was there too. Looked like you"

RJ: "Wasn't it me?"

CH: "And the sprout that was this small suddenly grew into a tree"

RJ: "So the sprout this small grew into a tree this big"

CH: "And i talked to you, it was just like now that's why i suddenly remembered"

RJ: "The fact that you actually saw me in your dream. It feels like we're connected. Connected?"

CH: "Connected"

To the discussions... There was a few things i noticed. I'll check each one's details once again. Basically i think that Haechan descriped how he can use his 7th sense, dream sync with the others. I get the feeling that he possibly don't know much about the 7th sense since his words are descriping his feelings -- Haechan dream syncs when he feels empathy toward others.

 

 I don't know much about Jaemin's, but there's something that leaves me curious. He says that he had a similar dream to Jisung's, but how could he know that? It's weird... And he was lured by something?! That's just worrisome... Somehow he feels too restless when he's shown.

 I don't know, but it's worrisome...

 

Jisung's must be the simpliest. It's actually only one sentence which he scribbles on a notebook -- but actually this takes me back to My First And Last, look.

 They all have those notebooks, right? Oh, wait i've already posted these thoughts before. Let me repost:

 pls just press the pic to get the pic and text larger Familiar, no? I think the scientists must've dealt with Jeno and Chenle's case already since Jisung's has begun? Or then they are testing all the subjects at once. That's not even all. I found something suspicious regarding Jisung:

 I think this could be a sign of his powers? Somehow i get the feeling that Jisung can sense or feel the presence of the Universe and the Answers. Why? Because he sees space and stars (Universe) and the ocean (Answers -- from the Origin). How? I dunno... by touching the walls or something? Not sure, not sure...

 

About Renjun and Chenle's scene... umm... It's like a conversation, but it's not like one. Chenle is explaining his dream to Renjun, but he rarely answers back. And he saw a person that looked like Renjun in his dream? I think it was him, but Chenle doesn't recognize him now? That's weird too... Chenle said he remembered the dream because they were almost living what he had seen and that just gives me no choice, but to think that he has an ability to see future through his dreams. Renjun is left really mysterious... but there was one thing i noticed at the end of the video.

 This just looks like Renjun's dream making ability has made progress! And he's running in the dream with Chenle. (≧◡≦)

 This scene was happening at the same time as the upper one and this makes my theory more stable -- there is no Haechan. Why? He's the Answer and he cannot be seen. Plus now i think that Haechan can't use dream sync with the others when he wants to since he has to feel empathy towards them. Well.. i don't know why he wouldn't feel that...

 

And Haechan leads me to Jeno. Jeno mentioned that he 'teleports' the card. I have no other idea, but that he can use teleportation too(?). I'm not sure tho, if he already can use invisibility. It's not possible to have more than one power is it? I don't think so, but how about we change the name of his ability? He said that he likes to see people's surprised looks when he tricks them. So what if his ability is tricks? Tricking people? That could make sense. And why did Haechan lead me to Jeno? Cause of this:

 Looking familiar?

 How about now? Jeno showed the 'magic trick' of cards to Haechan this time. Previously during Limitless Haechan showed a card to Yuta which was suspicious and mysterious and left so. Now i think it could've showed a sign of the future Haechan held which happened now. To add more Haechan filmed Jeno here, meanwhile during Limitless:

 Haechan got this team and they frequently used a camera. Since this team was formed one by one, what if Haechan's future is still active? What if Haechan still holds a key to the future? Does Taeil still believe in Haechan's Answer? Is that why they were both not seen during Limitless in some points? Wow... It's kinda starting to make sense.

 This lead me to think that too. Haechan has cameras everywhere all the time.

 This here too. Jeno showed a row of cards. It's amazing how it goes well with these cards shown in Limitless:

 1,2,3,4,5,6,7... and 9. That's almost creepy lol. Since i've told about how i think that 3 means Without You, 5 means The 7th Sense and 7 means either Chewing Gum or Fire Truck eras. In the upper photo there is 6 which could mean either the whole NCT U at the beginning or My First And Last or We Young. The 9 could mean either Limitless or Cherry Bomb so NCT 127 after Johnny and Doyoung joined the unit. Now that i see there's a 2 too. That could be either the adding of Doyoung and Johnny into NCT 127 or NCT U's most recent comeback Baby Don't Stop. The two star marked cards that i believe to be jokers must be the Answers and the ace must be the Universe. What about the 4 or king? I have no clue about the king, but Jaemin, Kun, Lucas and Jungwoo aren't a part of any above if it's like this:

 

2 = Baby Don't Stop (Taeyong, Ten)

3 = Without You (Doyoung, Jaehyun, Taeil)

4 = Jaemin, Jungwoo, Kun, Lucas

5 = The 7th Sense (Doyoung, Jaehyun, Mark, Taeyong, Ten)

6 = My First And Last (Chenle, Haechan, Jeno, Jisung, Mark, Renjun)

7 = Fire Truck (Haechan, Jaehyun, Mark, Taeil, Taeyong, WinWin, Yuta)

9 = Limitless (Doyoung, Haechan, Jaehyun, Johnny, Mark, Taeil, Taeyong, WinWin, Yuta)

 

I have no idea if this is making sense to anybody, but oh well...

 

I still have Mark left! He doesn't speak much about anything else than connection. Theeeeeere's still something...

 Chenle and Renjun never looked at Mark or spoke to him even tho he was there? I'm not even sure if he was...

 And he does this after saying 'my dream'. It's sad. It feels like he's giving up on dream or then there's something else wrong. I wouldn't be surprised if the scientists were behind his disappearance from dream's lives. ಥ_ಥ
